With years of experience practicing in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., Dr. Rappaport is a true innovator in her field. Her dedication to improving dental care led her to conduct groundbreaking research in various areas of dentistry, including a revolutionary technique for removing decay through chemical means. Her impactful work extends to the Office of Veterans Affairs, where she played a key role in establishing a dental implant registry.

With years of experience in general dentistry, Dr. Alassy's dedication to his craft earned him the Fellowship award from the American Academy of General Dentistry in 2019. His master's degree and specialty training in periodontics from the University of Minnesota only further solidified his expertise.

Not only is Dr. Alassy a seasoned professional, but he's also a dedicated teacher. As an instructor at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, he imparted his knowledge and skills to dental students, sharing his passion for operative dentistry. His cosmetic dentistry training from UCLA is also evident in the beautiful, personalized results he achieves for his patients.

Christina, Office Manager

Christina is a California native, who has lived in Poway since 1982. She has worked in dentistry for 15 years, and particularly enjoys interacting with patients and working with the team. In her spare time, Christina loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys watching football, especially the Chargers. Christina is part of the Spanish worship team at her church that helps others in their times of need.

Jeannie, Scheduling Coordinator

Jeannie, a San Diego native, believes that excellent service starts with a smile! She spent years working in medical but decided to switch over to dental because she is passionate about the importance of preventive and proactive dental care. She loves to make patients feel welcome and cared for. In her spare time, Jeannie sings at church with her husband, plays badminton, likes to photograph nature/birds, and enjoys spending time with her daughter and son.

Richell, Registered
Dental Hygienist

Richell was born and raised in San Diego. She has a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, where she focused on studio and digital arts. Richell studied oral hygiene at the San Joaquin Valley College, receiving an Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. In recognition of her excellence, she received the Colgate Oral Health Advisor S.T.A.R. award – an award for total achievement. During her free time, Richell likes to do arts and crafts, serve at her church, travel, and spend time with friends and family. She enjoys being a dental hygienist and takes great satisfaction in providing her patients with excellent oral health care and educating them about dental hygiene.

Cora, Registered Dental Hygienist

Cora has worked in the dental field for the past 20 years. During the first 15 years of her career, she was a Registered Dental Assistant. Then she decided to go back to school to become a Dental Hygienist. Her hard work paid off, as she has been successfully and happily working in her new position as Hygienist. Cora has also been able to find a balance between work, family, and personal interests. She loves her work because she knows that she is helping patients obtain the best oral health care.

Janette was born and raised in sunny San Diego. She has been in the dental field since 2009 and loves it. Janette strives to provide a friendly, positive environment for patients and always makes them feel more comfortable. When not at work, Janette enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her boyfriend and two cats, Luna and Bengi.
